- Client will be provided with hand drawn measurements of the space including wall dimensions, ceiling height, window/door size & location, appliance size & location, ductwork location and any other obstacles, or necessary notes.

CABINET INSTALLATION:

Cabinet Installation -

- Building and installation of the frames/cabinets, installation of doors, fillers (not ceiling scribe), moldings, panels (not cut/customized), toe kick/plinth, and handles .
- Other charges may include interior fittings (drawers/pullouts, etc.), tall/pantry cabinet, customized panels, cabinet modification, scribe to ceiling, anchoring island/peninsula, IKEA countertop (not stone) and appliance installation.
